Kramer Ausenco was engaged as the structural, civil and building services engineer for the refurbishment of this dilapidated thirteen (13) storey commercial building. As part of our role in this complex project we have re-engineered the existing structure and provided sound engineering solutions for the base building and fit-out works. Our designs are regulated by appropriate standards. Kramer Ausenco has strived to provide our client with practical engineering solutions that will transform this building into a functional and modern building.
