Measure and draw up detailed plans of each floor of each building, showing the layout of tenancy partitions, internal partitions including doorways, columns, and major immovable furniture.The plans need to show the thickness of partitions, and identify those partitions which are floor-to-ceiling, and those which do not go to the full height of the ceiling
Draw up "reflected ceiling" plans to show the exact size of the ceiling panels, and the location of air-conditioning registers and return air grilles and light fittings
