External upgrading of the existing NPF Building.
Kramer Ausenco were able to:
- Undertake periodic inspections throughout the construction to ascertain compliance with the design/specification intent and ensure the works are consistent with internationally accepted engineering standards and practices
- Issue necessary site instructions to the Contractor, as required from time to time for the smooth execution of the works, provided that no instruction that could have financial consequences or could entail extension of time limits will be issued without the approval of the Client
- Instruct the Contractor to carry out such tests as required by the Specifications, and as may be considered necessary, including also the supervision and verification of these tests
- Provide information/clarification and answers to contractor’s Request For Information (RFI) in an appropriate time scale including the issue of instructions and directions to various parties responsible
