Kramer Ausenco provided a diverse range of services for the MoH Asset Review Project. This project, funded by Australian Aid and delivered through the Ministry of Health required a review of the existing assets across all islands through-out Vanuatu. Kramer Ausenco surveyed and captured all MoH assets, from boats to biomedical equipment as well as a comprehensive review of the existing buildings; providing as built drawings, building condition reports and detailed breakdown of the costs associated with fixing/maintaining the buildings.
This information has proved to be extremely helpful for the strategic planning and budget planning for the Government and Aid partners.
