Le Hunt Road Apartments

The project was initiated by the Client to construct eight (8) Town Houses on a prime hilltop overlooking the famous Ela beach, Port Moresby, PNG.

Kramer Ausenco was commissioned by Client to undertake the engineering design (civil & structural) and documentation.

Civil and structural design and documentations appropriate for the Building Board, Tender Issue and Construction Issues were completed and provided to the Client.

Cullenfeng Pty Ltd (Sydney, NSW) are the Architects and Project Managers.
