Client initiated this project to upgrade the Meeting House recently constructed and had been in use for 3 years. They wanted to upgrade;

• Storm water systems
• Car parks
• Access Road leading up to the Meeting House
• Reinforced concrete pavement
• Concrete steps
• Footpaths
• Building works ( essential alterations)

Kramer Ausenco was commissioned by the Client to execute the Civil and Building Works. We designed and documented the additional works and then awarded the contract to a Contractor and supervised construction.
