KTA Creek Crossings

Client initiated the project to consider possible crossing methods and building mediums for each of the proposed identified creek crossings on the world famous Kokoda Track.

Kramer Ausenco was commissioned by the Client to undertake site investigations, provide conceptual designs of preferred crossing options and their locations. Considerations included:

• Optimisation of site location,
• Site dimensions
• Ground and creek bank conditions
• Possible anchoring systems
• Other constraints that were noted on respective nominated site.

Kramer Ausenco completed this report with recommendations to the Client on time as planned.
