Dream Inn Stage 3

Client on behalf of the owner, wanted to construct Training Facilities to be used by Exxon Mobil for training and development of successful national students as part of the massive PNG LNG Project.

Building works included design, construction and actual supervision which were managed by others. Civil works included design, construction and supervision to completion of the drainage, access ramp, car park, waterlines and retaining walls.

Kramer Ausenco was commissioned by the Client to design and supervise the actual construction of the Civil Works. Client tendered and appointed the Contractor after we provided the final construction drawings and technical specifications.

Kramer Ausenco submitted the approved drawings and the technical specifications.  We also we inspected mandatory hold points of the construction as part of quality assurance.
