ANZ House Port Vila

Kramer Ausenco was commissioned by ANZ to undertake building services review and document As Built drawings of the ANZ Bank at Port Vila, Vanuatu.

Kramer Ausenco was responsible for:

Visual inspections, observation and recommendations for eradication of bad odor regularly sensed in the Vault Area, Basement car park area, main stairway and in other parts of the building.
Carry out inspection and documentation of full building As-Built drawings, namely architectural, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire protection and security services.
As a value added initiative, a report highlighting non-compliant buildings service issues and recommendations was provided to the client.
