Kramer Ausenco Chief Executive Officer, Frank Kramer, has been made a Fellow of the Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors (PNGID).
The PNGID is a preeminent body in Papua New Guinea for directors providing leadership in corporate governance, and leading directors’ thinking in the area of ethics, excellence, professionalism and practice.
PNGID President, Anthony Yauieb, announced Mr. Kramer’s fellowship on May 1, 2019 during the institute’s meet and greet function at the Hilton Hotel in Port Moresby.
““Mr Kramer’s Fellowship is in recognition of his distinction of being a director of a company and contribution to the community in the field of engineering over many years after the country’s Independence, and his continued mentoring of other engineers in the professional field,” Mr. Yauieb said.
Mr. Kramer when accepting his fellowship, thanked the PNGID for acknowledging the role his engineering, architectural and project management company Kramer Ausenco plays in the development of PNG and the Pacific.
Mr. Kramer spoke candidly of the company’s small beginnings as a two-men operation-him and his driver Kila Koupa who’s still with the organization today-and how it grew to become a leader in the industry in the country and region.
Kramer Ausenco celebrates 40 years of operation this year.
