The Kramer Ausenco Brothers Rugby Football Union Club turns 40 next year, and last Saturday (27 July 2013) sold hotdogs, raffle tickets and merchandise at Monier Park to raise funds which will go towards their anniversary celebrations.
In between these activities and winning all their games that day, the Brothers also visited the children’s ward at the Port Moresby General Hospital during lunch, and shared meals with the patients and their parents and guardians.
The Club provided the meals with money raised from their other fundraising efforts, and the visit which involved most of the Under 19 players to help them develop a spirit of sharing and caring, was to give a little back to the community.
